In this workshop, we’ll explore dining at Giverny, with all new recipes from the cookbook Monet's Palate. We'll learn more about Monet's engagement with food by watching excerpts of the DVD associated with the cookbook and narrated by Meryl Streep. Then we’ll learn the secrets of making a good stock and cook two very French dishes: cheese soufflé, and a hearty, simply delicious onion and tomato soup. (note: The material in this class is new for those who've attended our previous Monet classes)
