Cooking with the Impressionists: Claude Monet

In this workshop, we’ll explore dining at Giverny, with recipes from the cookbook Monet's Palate. We'll learn more about Monet's engagement with food by watching excerpts of the DVD associated with the cookbook and narrated by Meryl Streep. Then we’ll cook camembert fritters with apple chutney, a garden salad, and fruit clafouti for dessert.
