Join us for a fun and exciting private cooking class at one of our venues in Wellington.
You choose the cuisine and we provide a professional, friendly chef to teach your group in a hands-on cooking workshop finishing with a delicious shared meal. Popular options include Thai, Middle Eastern, fresh pasta and tiramisu, or get in touch with your idea!
We'll provide all the ingredients including organic vegetables from our garden, tools, recipes and aprons. All you need to do is turn up and have fun!
We cater for groups of up to 20 people (one of our venues has space for 30 in the dining room but only 15 in the kitchen so it's possible to bring a larger group with half the group making a dessert or portion of the meal in the dining room or just hanging out socialising with drinks). Pricing is based on a minimum of 10 people but you can always have a smaller group. Our private chef-led classes for groups of 10+ start at $1985 +gst for the first 10 guests, then $99 pp thereafter.
Smaller groups (under 10) also can opt to have Wendy run a private event from her home and garden with pricing starting at $195pp+gst for up to eight guests. Recent half-day workshops for small groups include a private 'Cooking with Van Gogh' art and cooking class for a 60th birthday party for a group of friends.
