A class for those who enjoy cooking at home but want to be better at hosting dinners with friends. This class is full of no-fuss Mediterranean-inspired recipes that are major showstoppers, bound to wow your guests. They require some planning and a good level of confidence in the kitchen.
We'll also discuss the "Art of the Dinner Party" with expert advice drawn from chef contributors to the NY Times: Gabrielle Hamilton (of Prune restaurant in NYC), Doris Greenspan, Samin Nosrat, and others.

Chef AJ brings into the kitchen her childhood from Oman, her Filipino and Egyptian roots, and her training in Paris. She likes to create food that is accessible and nostalgic. She likes to talk about the history of the dishes she's prepared and encourages people to ask WHY when following recipes - hopefully you will leave this class with a better understanding of Mediterranean food, its history, and better skills to confidently host parties at home!
