Join sommelier and Wine Director of CULT WINES Jules van Costello for an evening of wine tasting.
In this hands on class we will explore the basics of wine and food matching at home. Sommelier Jules van Costello will show you how to seamlessly integrate wine into a culinary experience and will look at six classic kiwi and international wine styles from blue-chip producers.
Each wine will be matched with a tasting plate prepared by our professional chef.
Jules has over 12 years' experience as a sommelier and wine educator and has managed the wine programs of some of New Zealand's finest restaurants such as Hillside Kitchen, Riverstone
Kitchen, Terroir at Craggy Range and Citron. Regardless of your budget, tastes or lifestyle, Jules can curate a selection of wines just for you with recommendations on how long to cellar your wine, food recommendations and more.
