Dumplings and Baos

Join us for an afternoon of making various dumplings and bao buns. Chef AJ will teach you different folding techniques, several fillings (meat and vegetarian), and some great sauces to accompany everything, including how to make your own chilli oil! Hone your skills and you'll find it's a great weekend activity with family or friends.

Chef AJ has roots that go back to Oman, Philippines, Egypt, and France. More than anything, she likes bringing friends around the kitchen to get them involved with her cooking. Her food is accessible and nostalgic. Her classes tend to have a bit of history to add context to food and she always encourages people to ask WHY when following recipes.
