A hands-on Middle Eastern VEGETARIAN cooking class that celebrates the delicious recipes from Israeli-British Chef Yotam Ottolenghi’s cookbook SIMPLE.

During the class you will make and taste a selection of 10 dishes to create a Middle Eastern feast (dips, flat breads, raw and cooked vegetable dishes, a rice pilaf, and a sweet). 


Rose & Pomegranate kombucha (housemade)

Magical hummus

Watermelon, green apple & lime salad

Courgette, thyme and walnut salad

Chickpeas with silverbeet & yoghurt

Whole roast cauliflower

Baked mint rice with barberry salsa

Puy lentil and aubergine stew

Whole lemon tart

When you've finished cooking we will all sit down for a relaxed dinner together.

Price includes 2-hour class, all ingredients, recipes and a delicious feast-style meal.
