Vegan three-course meal with Guest Chef Vicki Young

Join Chef Vicki Young* for our exciting new vegan cooking class! You'll learn:
1) starter ideas for hosting dinners: muhamarra and hummus with breads to start (sourdough, lavosh and flatbreads).
2) Then we'll move on to the mains and create three dishes: miso roasted eggplant and two dishes from OTTOLENGHI's new cookbook, Flavour: hasselback beetroot and miso butter onions.
3) Dessert demo: chocolate aquafaba mousse (and garnishes tips and tricks: berry coulis, aquafab meringue, chocolate shards)
4) We'll finish off with a shared dinner feast.
*Vicki Young is a trained pastry chef and the owner of Vicki Eats, specialising in creating bespoke cake and dessert creations in Wellington. She is also a chef at Government House and Jano Bistro, with a keen focus on plant-based cooking. This class is a reflection of her journey so far with vegetarian and vegan cooking.
