Join Chef Nicla Gallione (originally from Liguria, Italy) for a fun, hands-on class making traditional potato gnocchi. This is a simple classic recipe that doesn't require a pasta machine. 

You'll also learn to make a simple delicious basil pesto to go with the gnocchi and realise how much tastier it is than the stuff you can buy in the supermarket! This class is VEGETARIAN.

For dessert, learn Nicla’s grandmother's special easy recipe for TIRAMISU!

After the class, sit down and enjoy the pasta you made with tiramisu for dessert.
