Join Lebanese-Kiwi Chef Seamus Fawkner as he shares his family's delicious and authentic Lebanese recipes.
The menu for the day will include seasonal, locally-grown organic vegetables and herbs from the Savour gardens. This menu includes lamb.
Menu:
Anaar (pomegranate) & lemon mocktail
Manakish flat breads topped with cheese and za'atar (herbs grown and blended by Savour)
Lebanese hummus
Fattoush with garden veggies, olives, pomegranate, crispy flatbread
Baked diamond lamb kibbeh with cinnamon and cumin
Baklava (made in advance)
