Description:

Join us as we master the art of homemade pasta. In this 3.5 hour small group, hands-on class, you'll be led by two expert chefs in the art of pasta making. We'll mix our own egg pasta dough, discuss the correct type of flours to use, issues and challenges such as humidity and how to keep your pasta machine clean and free of sticky dough. 

The chefs will also teach you some basic delicious pasta sauces (vegetarian) you can easily recreate at home to complement the fresh pasta you'll make.

After the cooking, sit down together and enjoy your pasta meal with new friends and finish with a delicious tiramisu which we'll make together at the beginning of the class using our Ligurian friend Nicla nonna's recipe!
