Our classes embrace the philosophy that food has a powerful impact on our physical and emotional well-being, and we're committed to offering workshops that provide the skills and education to help you nourish your whole selves, families and communities.
Quality ingredients
Our menus focus on seasonality, carefully sourced ingredients and organic vegetables we grow ourselves in our Wellington garden. We use flowers and herbs from the garden to make unique kombuchas offered complimentary in most of our classes.
Professional teachers
Our workshops are taught by talented professional chefs, passionate food personalities, nutritionists, and health coaches. All run their own restaurants or businesses so they’re closely connected to what’s happening in the worlds of hospitality and well-being.

Our cooking classes are hands on and offer a wide range of cuisines for you to choose from. Learn techniques, culinary short cuts and secrets from a professional chef. Most classes end with a shared meal.
